Duties Include:
Duties
Receptionist and personal assistant to the Area Facility Manager
General office administration and support across departments
Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
Human resource administration including leave, appointments, terminations, and labour-related processes
Supply chain management including vehicle fleet administration, procurement, and stock control
Financial administration including debtors, creditors, accounts payable, and support to the Head of Finance
Administration of contracts, admissions, and financial records
Assist with Department of Social Development processes
Support management board administration
General reception duties, including welcoming visitors and handling enquiries
Basic bookkeeping and financial record keeping
Marketing of SAVF and fundraising initiatives
