The Customer Relationship Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring Sedulitas delivers value and builds long-term trust with its clients, suppliers, and partners. This role requires a balance of administrative precision, client relationship management, and sales strategy execution.
The CRM will oversee client communication, tenders and quotations, supplier engagement, and CRM systems — while also supporting the sales and marketing functions with clear, structured strategies. Deep product knowledge is essential, as the role requires crafting technical quotations, supporting tender applications, and representing Sedulitas with authority in client interactions.

Required Qualifications & Experience
• Proven administrative experience is essential.
• Sales or account management experience is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems.
• Science degree preferred (e.g. Microbiology, Chemistry, Occupational Hygiene)
• Experience in tender applications and compliance documentation advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Duties Include:
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
• Maintain full oversight of client relationships and needs.
• Responsible for upselling and prompting reorders.
• Liaise with clients on project arrangements and ensure requirements are met.
• Update Admin on all client communication and documentation needs.
Tender & Quotation Management
• Register and manage tenders on relevant platforms.
• Prepare and submit accurate tender documentation on time.
• Generate and manage technical quotations, ensuring correct product specifications, pricing, and compliance.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure quotations and proposals meet client requirements.
CRM Management
• Log all client activities and update stages in the CRM.
• Work with Sales Team to plan and create automated sales campaigns for client engagement.
• Ensure client records are accurate, complete, and consistently updated.
• Generate CRM-based performance and pipeline reports for management.
Supplier Management
• Build and maintain supplier relationships to ensure competitive pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
• Develop and present supplier performance reports and presentations.
• Collect and coordinate product and technical content from suppliers.
Marketing Alignment
• Liaise with the digital marketing team to advise on client-facing content, campaigns, and materials.
• Ensure marketing messages align with client needs and sales priorities.
Sales Strategy & Execution
• Collaborate with the sales team to set and present monthly sales targets.
• Work with the Sales Manager to plan and allocate the sales budget for travel, demonstrations, and sample stock, ensuring ROI is tracked.
• Craft and continuously improve cold outreach strategies, including:
o Lead list building
o Email campaigns & templates
o Call scripts
o LinkedIn outreach initiatives
