Purpose of the Job
Drive sales and inventory category performance in order to maximise sales and profits while enhancing product value and customer experience, through focusing on pricing, assortment management, promotion planning, and merchandising.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Execution
Implement integrative marketing strategies for maximum ROI.
Analyse market data and customer preferences to execute impactful sales strategies.
Maximise sales volumes through effective product mis and pricing optimisation.
Sales Analytics and Insights
Proactively identify patterns, trends, and growth opportunities; execute plans to capitalise on market trends.
Implement systems and processes for actionable strategies and optimised conversion rates.
Identify and terminate non-performing product ranges/ lines.
Customer Relationships and satisfaction
Serve as the point of contact for escalated client matters originating from branch level; guide clients towards resolutions; collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement comprehensive solutions.
Action alignment among branches for unified customer service delivery.
People Management and Development
Develop sales compensation plans to fairly reward employees.
Create a motivating environment and support exceeding targets.
Identify employee potential, develop succession plans, and provide mentoring opportunities.
