Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical), or a related field.
+-3 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls, preferably within the construction, energy, or utilities sector. Experience with solar PV projects is a significant advantage.

Technical Skills
Proficiency in at least one professional scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project).
Solid understanding of project management principles, including the Critical Path Method (CPM).
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and data analysis.
Familiarity with the phases of a Solar PV project lifecycle (Foundation, Structure, Module Erection, Electrical Tie-in, Commissioning).
Soft Skills

Duties Include:
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Scheduling and Planning
Assist in the creation of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and detailed project schedules using scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
Input activity data, relationships (predecessors/successors), and resource requirements into the schedule, paying close attention to the critical path activities specific to solar construction (e.g., piling, module installation, inverter hook-up).
Perform regular schedule updates, analyzing progress against the baseline, and calculating schedule performance metrics.
Work with site managers and subcontractors to gather accurate progress data and forecast remaining work duration.
2. Reporting and Analysis
Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly schedule reports, including S-curves, look-ahead schedules, and variance reports.
Identify and flag potential schedule conflicts or delays, assessing their impact on the overall project timeline.
Assist in running what-if scenarios (delay analysis) to propose mitigation strategies.
Maintain the project's baseline schedule and manage change control documentation related to schedule amendments.
3. Project Controls Support
Support the integration of the project schedule with other project controls elements, such as cost estimates and resource loading.
Ensure all scheduled activities align with contractual requirements and project milestones.
Assist in the preparation of Delay Notices and claims documentation when necessary.
