Work-from-Home Administrative Assistant

Experience Needed:

While prior experience at a Credit Provider would be advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement. We welcome individuals with expertise in Debtors, Creditors, and/or Sales. Proficiency in computer skills is essential. Daily use of systems such as Sage One, Loan Management Software, and Outlook will be integral to the role.

Requirements:

-Own laptop with up-to-date software and hardware capabilities. -Stable and reliable internet connection. -Strong organizational and multitasking skills. -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Afrikaans and English -Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. -Drivers License and reliable transport for weekly in person meetings.

Duties and Responsibilities will include, but is not limited to: -Perform Basic Office Administration tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. -Vet loan applications with attention to detail and compliance. -Follow up on arrears. -Manage customer communications effectively via Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram and Email. -Accounts Payable -Collaborate with team members during weekly in-person meetings.
