Digital Lead - Human Resources
Experience Needed:
BSc degree in Computer Science, HR Technology, Business, or a relevant field, e.g., BCom HR Management, Industrial Psychology, or HR Information Systems (HRIS)
Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources or related HR technology modules.
Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM.
Proficiency in Power Platform tools (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate) for HR process automation.
Knowledge of Azure services, including Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, and Data Factory.
Experience with AI-driven HR analytics, RPA for HR tasks, and HR Business Intelligence.
Prior experience in a similar industry or with companies undergoing HR digital transformation initiatives.
Proficiency in HR systems, digital HR trends, and cloud technologies.

Proven experience in HR digital transformation or a similar role.

Duties Include:
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement digital transformation strategies that align with HR and business objectives.
Collaborate with HR and executive management to set and achieve digital HR transformation goals.
Oversee the restructuring of HR processes to improve efficiency, employee experience, and compliance.
Ensure all digital HR initiatives comply with labor laws, security, and data privacy regulations.
Technology Analysis & Integration
Evaluate existing HR technology systems to identify areas for improvement.
Research and integrate emerging HR technologies to enhance HR processes e.g. talent management and workforce analytics.
Design and implement HR digital strategies, including integration with payroll, timekeeping, and benefits systems.
Solution Design & Development
Analyze HR business requirements and develop D365 HR or HRIS solutions to drive business value.
Create detailed specifications, workflows, and system configurations for talent management, payroll, and workforce analytics modules.
Ensure seamless integration of HR platforms with other business systems (e.g., finance, IT, operations).
Implementation & Configuration
Lead the deployment and configuration of HR technology solutions, including data migration and testing.
Manage system testing phases such as SIT and UAT to ensure operational readiness.
Support go-live activities to ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption to HR operations.
Client Engagement & Support
Act as the primary liaison for HR stakeholders during solution design, implementation, and post-go-live phases.
Conduct training sessions to improve user adoption and proficiency with HR technology solutions.
Gather user feedback to continuously enhance system usability and performance.
Technical Expertise & Troubleshooting
Maintain expert-level knowledge of D365 HR or similar platforms and their modules.
Resolve complex technical issues, working with development teams and external partners as needed.
Customize HR solutions to meet specific business needs while ensuring compliance with best practices.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement opportunities for automation within the HR environment (e.g., onboarding, leave requests, performance management).
Regularly review system performance and recommend enhancements to keep the platform up to date.
Drive best practices for HR data management, system security, and operational efficiency.
Innovation & Collaboration
Drive innovation by introducing new digital HR ideas and technologies that align with company goals.
Build strong relationships between HR, IT, and other business functions.
Create and maintain the annual demand plan for digital HR initiatives within the function.
Diversity and Inclusion
Leverage digital HR tools to support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Foster a culture of digital literacy within HR through training and best practice sharing.
Enhance employee experience through AI-driven self-service HR portals and engagement tools.
