🎓 Qualifications & Experience Required
Recognised teaching qualification + SACE registration (compulsory)
Minimum 10 years teaching experience, including 7+ years in a senior leadership role
Experience managing a multi-phase (RRRR–12) school is an advantage
Strong knowledge of CAPS, Umalusi, ISASA (if applicable), assessment standards & school administration
Proven financial and strategic planning competence
NQF7 qualification required

Duties Include:
🔑 Key Leadership Responsibilities
Drive the school’s long-term vision, mission, and academic excellence
Oversee teaching and learning across all phases
Ensure curriculum integrity, assessment standards, and performance monitoring
Lead innovation in pedagogy, technology, and 21st-century teaching
Manage day-to-day operations, budgets, compliance, and school sustainability
Recruit, mentor, and develop staff
Build strong partnerships with parents, staff, learners, and the broader community
