Our Locations Function is responsible for expanding and managing our OOH partner network across South Africa. And we need someone who can ensure that every partner — new or existing — is onboarded, supported, and managed with excellence.

Minimum Requirements
Matric or higher qualification.
5+ years of people management experience in a fast-paced operational environment.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years in people leadership and operational administration.
Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
Strong project management skills with experience improving processes.
Demonstrated experience managing partner relationships across diverse industries.
Exceptional organisational and administrative capabilities.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Data-driven approach to setting goals, tracking performance, and managing KPIs.
Advanced Excel skills and CRM experience.

What’s the Deal?
Our OOH network doesn’t grow on its own — it needs someone organised, people-driven, and ready to steer a high-volume operational environment.
As the Locations Portfolio Manager, you’ll lead the team that brings new partners into the fold and keeps our current partners engaged, supported, and aligned to our goals. You’ll make sure contracts flow, information lands where it should, relationships stay strong, and processes get better and faster every day.
You’ll be the champion behind operational efficiency, partner satisfaction, and seamless handovers — the person who makes sure nothing slips through the cracks.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading and managing a team of contractors responsible for onboarding new location partners.
Working closely with internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Operations) to ensure contracts, renewals, and amendments are processed accurately and on schedule.
Partnering with the locations acquisition team to convert engaged prospects into secured partners.
Ensuring accurate capture and smooth handover of partner information to implementation teams.
Streamlining processes, tightening controls, and improving operational efficiency.
Managing and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
Providing performance reports and acting as the primary escalation point for partner issues.
Driving a data-led approach to team KPIs, targets, and operational outcomes.
