Must have a valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
Extensive travelling duties and sleeping out from time to time will be required.
Customer-orientated.

Good time management and planning skills.
Duties Include:
Prepare performance reports for presentation to higher management.
Implementing training programs for staff in the entire region, including new kiosk outlets.
Ensure all kiosks and some depots follow safety, health, and business laws.
Ensure that all reports are done in a timely manner.
Ensure that all Sub-Contractors are up to par in accordance with TCG procedures.
Upholding regulations, operational procedures, and policies.
Ensure company standards of excellence and service are met by guaranteeing quality performance.
Collaborating with the marketing team for the planning of sales and marketing.
Monitor and maintain sale targets and maximizing company profits for all kiosks under your supervision.
Provide the necessary managerial assistance to the kiosk under your control.
Provide support to all employees within the kiosk under your control.
Provide support to your regional manager.
