Duties Include:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Candidate Attorney to join our legal team in Klerksdorp, NW.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting attorneys with litigation and general legal matters.
Drafting legal documents, pleadings, correspondence, and court papers.
Conducting legal research and preparing case files.
Attending consultations with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders.
Appearing in court where permitted and accompanying attorneys to court proceedings.
Managing administrative and procedural aspects of legal matters.
