Top-Lay Egg Cooperative is the largest egg supplier in South Africa with it's Head Office situated in Potchefstroom, North West Province. Egg Packaging are supplied from the Head Office direct to the farms and the below opportunity will deal directly with sales relating to egg packaging material.

Qualifications

Level of education: High School Diploma
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience in sales operations or a related field is a plus

Valid driver's license
Proficient in English and Afrikaans

Duties Include:

Sales Administrator: Job Description
Administrator Objectives

Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details
Maintaining and updating sales and customer records of relevant departments
Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments
Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports
Confer and coordinate activities with other departments
Daily meeting with Transport Controller and Warehouse Manager to plan and coordinate collection/deliveries and to track and maintain stock levels.

Administrative Staff, Warehouse & Transport

Analyze work and responsibilities
Weekly meetings to discuss responsibilities and relevant matters
Oversee Admin staff
Ensure that all orders are processed correctly
Communicate and collaborate with team members in relevant departments
Optimize workflow between administration, warehouse and transport department.
Inventory
Analyze stock orders
Ensure all sales order corresponds with client orders
Compare quantities on system with quantities in the warehouse
Directing feedback to manager if any variances occur
Track inventory levels and report low stock levels
Receive stock onto the system and ensure prices and quantities are correct
Process purchase invoices and other relevant admin duties
