We are looking for a reliable, organised, and motivated Digital Commerce Administrator to join a growing online retail business.
REQUIREMENTS
Matric certificate
Strong computer literacy
Administrative and accounting background
Good organisational and communication skills
Willingness to learn digital marketing and e-commerce systems
Must reside in or around Klerksdorp
Ability to work independently and responsibly

ADVANTAGEOUS
Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Experience with WooCommerce or Shopify
Valid driver's licence
Duties Include:
KEY DUTIES
Process and manage online orders
Update stock levels, product information, and pricing
Assist with digital marketing activities (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Support WooCommerce or Shopify backend tasks (training provided if needed)
Perform general administrative duties
Handle basic accounting tasks (invoicing, reconciliations, record keeping)
Run errands when required
Occasionally assist with children's logistics (school pick ups or activities when necessary)
