Coach the Learner / Trainer the Trainer / Facilitate Learning NQF Level 3
Conduct Outcomes-Based Assessment Certification and Registration with the MQA/QCTO
Conduct Outcomes-Based Moderation Certification and Registration with the MQA/QCTO
Blasting Certificate is essential
Shift Supervisor Certificate is essential
Mine Overseer Certificate / Diploma or Degree in HRD
Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 in Training Practices
At least 10 years working experience in a conventional mining environment performing core mining activities (Mining Team Leader, Miner, Shift Supervisor, etc.)

Duties and Responsibilities Associated with Role:
Job Objectives:
To coordinate the delivery of learning activities in accordance with the requirements of the quality assurance body (MQA, Alpha and QCTO)
To deliver learning and development programmes that support organisational needs
To evaluate, monitor and report on learning and development interventions in line with quality management systems and business requirements
To provide learning and development advice, guidance and support to business stakeholders in line with company policies
Represent the company at the appropriate legislative and industry forums critical to mining training
To design and develop quality training material
Ensure submission of all learner training documentation to the Training Administrator
Ensure that all training records, filling, and reporting is kept up to date
