High attention to detail, accuracy, and professional discipline.
Duties Include:
Provide exceptional service to walk-in customers and internal workshop teams.
Accurately identify parts using VIN/chassis, job cards, technician requests, and model details.
Prepare clear, itemised quotations including part numbers, pricing, availability, and ETAs.
Process sales transactions efficiently (cash/card/account billing) with correct documentation.
Manage internal requisitions, purchase orders, supplier follow-ups, and urgent VOR requests.
Maintain stock accuracy by recording all movements in the Dealer Management System (Evolve/DMS).
Build and maintain relationships with trade customers, panel beaters, fleet operators, and suppliers.
Conduct outbound sales calls, promote monthly specials, and grow market share.
Process returns, credits, warranty claims, and ensure supplier credits are received on time.
Ensure all issued parts are packed, labelled, and ready for collection or transport.
Maintain clean, organised counter and store areas, applying FIFO principles where required.
Comply with POPIA, OEM standards, and all health & safety requirements.
