Duties Include:
Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales Execution
Plan and manage daily and monthly call cycles to achieve an 80% callage SLA.
Conduct in-depth customer analysis (micro and macro environment) to identify growth opportunities.
Execute monthly principal priorities, promotions, and product launches.
Present tailored solutions and secure new listings and volume deals.
Take orders, follow up on previous sales, and introduce new product ranges.
Drive promotional compliance and address non-compliant stores.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail, franchise, and wholesale customers.
Grow and expand the customer base by identifying new opportunities.
Resolve customer queries and escalations professionally and efficiently.
Gather and report market intelligence and competitor activity.
Merchandising, Distribution & Stock Management
Manage stock availability and distribution issues with depots.
Oversee waste management and short-dated stock processes.
Ensure zero expired stock on shelves and compliance with principal requirements.
Achieve NPD and Depth of Distribution (DOD) targets within required timelines.
Utilise Power BI and system reports to manage sales, stock, and returns effectively.
Team Supervision
Supervise merchandisers in assigned stores, including attendance, shelf health, and task completion.
Monitor and manage handheld technology (HHT) usage and reporting.
Support leave management and basic people administration in line with company policies.
Feedback, Reporting & Self-Management
Provide regular feedback to supply chain and internal teams.
Maintain accurate reporting on sales performance, queries, and stock.
Take ownership of targets, planning, and personal development.
