Minimum 10 years' experience in Call Centre Management Experience in Debt Collection/ Retail/ Credit Industries Knowledge of National Credit Act, Debt Collections Act etc. Computer Literacy in Outlook, Excel & Word. Administrative Experience & Abilities. Management degree/qualification preferable Be target and performance driven and have experience in it.
