Relevant qualifications
Duties Include:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reconciliation of Creditor (Supplier) Statements and Detailed Ledgers.
Ensuring that there are no double transactions (Invoices/Payments) on Statements or Ledgers, if there are Refunds follow up and see to the transaction being resolved timeously (FIN).
Ensure Invoices and Payments are correct according to actual Invoices received and Bank Statements, all Company Details - Invoices - suppliers + Bank Confirmation Letters - Suppliers to be updated and corrected.
All communication between Supplier and Vision Meat to be professional and prompt.
Invoice and Statement reconciliations done for 30 day accounts monthly.
