Duties Include:
We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Orders Clerk to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders and provide accurate pricing
Assist clients via phone, WhatsApp, and in person
Answer and route calls through the switchboard
Pack, prepare, and load orders when needed
Generate quotes, GRVs, and manage stock transfers
Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries
