Qualified or unqualified
Must have good general knowledge of vehicles
Must be able to take responsibility for their work
Hardworking, professional, dynamic, neat & energetic
Duties Include:
Flatter
Sand (or "flat") the surface to remove scratches, old paint, or imperfections
Attention to surface texture & finish
Understanding of sanding techniques and abrasives
Ability to identify surface flaws & correct them
Masker
Apply masking tape, paper, & plastic sheeting to windows, trims, lights, etc.
Knowledge of vehicle contours and parts
