Description
Minimum 5+ years' experience in tourism, safari travel, hospitality, or a similar client-facing administrative role
Proven experience managing bookings from start to finish
Strong knowledge of travel logistics and itinerary planning
Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not essential)
Fluent in English and Afrikaans (written and verbal)
Excellent communication and client service skills
Strong organisational and multitasking ability

Duties Include:
Responsibilities
Handle client enquiries professionally and efficiently
Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements
Design and build customised safari itineraries
Prepare accurate and detailed quotations
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
Issue invoices and follow up on payments
Manage bookings from enquiry through to completion
Coordinate all logistics (accommodation, transfers, activities, guides, etc.)
Liaise with suppliers and service providers
Ensure all trip components are confirmed and properly documented
Prepare and send final travel documents and itineraries
Manage multiple bookings simultaneously
Handle last-minute changes, challenges, and problem-solving independently
Maintain organised booking systems and accurate client records
Support general administrative and operational tasks when required
