We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Security Manager to lead security operations in Potchefstroom, South Africa. The ideal candidate will ensure the effective management of security personnel, risk mitigation, client satisfaction, and full compliance with PSIRA regulations.

Job Requirements:
Must be a South African citizen.
Fluent in English and Afrikaans (speak, read, and write).
Valid PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation.
Business Purpose firearms competency.
Valid South African driver's licence (Code B or higher) and own reliable vehicle.
Matric / Grade 12 certificate or equivalent (NQF Level 4).
Recognised management course / certificate / diploma in Security Management, advantageous.
Minimum 5 years' experience in security operations, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role.
Clear criminal record.
Age between 30 and 45 years.
Presentable appearance and professional demeanour.
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office for report writing, rostering, and client communication.
Knowledge of key legislation: PSIRA Act, Occupational Health & Safety Act, Criminal Procedure Act, and basic risk management principles.
Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and be on call when required.
Duties Include:
Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily security operations, including team rostering, training, and performance.
Conduct security risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
Liaise with clients, SAPS, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with PSIRA and company policies.
Handle incident investigations, reporting, and emergency response.
