DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Material Handling & Loading: Drive front-end or wheel loader to scoop, lift and transport raw bulk materials. Loading vehicles, Stockpiling materials and site preparations.

Equipment inspection & Maintenance: Daily circle checks perform thorough pre-shift and post-shift walk-around inspections to check for structural damage, leaks or water. Fluid management, routine servicing, housekeeping.

Safety & Compliance: Adhering regulations follow strict OSHA, MSHA and site safety regulations. Surrounding awareness, proper entry protocols and reporting incidents.

Site Coordination & Record Keeping: Effective communication use two way radio and hand signals to communicate clearly with truck drivers, dispatchers and ground workers.

Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of materials moved, hours of equipment operation and preventative maintenance activities.

Team Assistance: Help out ground crews with manual labour or other heavy equipment operations.
