The Go-To Guy Couple Matric Farewell Competition 2024

A exciting opportunity for matriculants from Potchefstroom to showcase their style and celebrate their final school year!

If you are attending your matric dance, this competition is designed to give you and your partner the chance to win amazing prizes while highlighting the best moments of your farewell.
 

How to Enter:
Simply submit your matric farewell photo with your partner via our submission form (at the bottom of this page), and you both can stand a chance to win incredible prizes! The competition is open to all matriculants in the Potchefstroom region.

  • Start Date: 11 September 2024

  • Entry Deadline: 18 October 2024

  • Voting: The voting will take place from 19 October till 11 November (Public)

  • Top 5: Will be announced 13 November 2024

  • Winner Announcement: 18 November 2024

Matric Farewell Competition Rules

  1. Eligibility:

    • The competition is open to all learners currently enrolled in matric in the Potchefstroom Region.

    • Only one entry per participant is allowed.

    • Participants must submit a valid matric farewell Photo with their partner to qualify.

  2. Entry Requirements:

    • All entries must be submitted via the official competition page on our website.

    • Photos must be in .jpg or .png format.

  3. Photo Guidelines:​

    • Photos must be tasteful and respectful. Any images deemed inappropriate or offensive will be disqualified.

    • The photo must be with your partner.

  4. Judging and Voting:

    • The initial round of voting will be conducted by public vote on our website.

    • Voting is limited to one vote per person.

    • The top 5 entries from the public vote will be reviewed by a panel of judges (2 Person from each Sponsor) for the final winner selection.​

  5. Winner Announcement:

    • The Top 5 will be announced on 11 November  2024.

    • The winner will be announced on 18 November 2024 on our social media pages.

    • Winner will be contacted via the details provided during entry submission.

  6. Consent:

    • By entering, participants agree to have their photos shared on our website and social media platforms for the purpose of the competition.

    • Participants must ensure they have permission from their partner to enter the competition.

  7. Disqualification:

    • Any participant found to be violating the rules, providing false information, or manipulating the voting process will be disqualified.

    • Late submissions will not be considered.
