The High School for Girls Potchefstroom is beaming with pride as we celebrate one of our own: Luthando Mafoko has officially received her North West colours in cricket, a remarkable achievement that speaks volumes of her talent, discipline, and determination.
This December, Luthando will represent both the Dragons Junior Club and North West Cricket (NWC) at the prestigious CSA National Week, gaining valuable experience, and grow both on and off the field.
Making History, Inspiring the Future
Luthando’s achievement is more than personal, it’s inspirational. She stands as a role model for other young girls in sport, proving that with hard work and self-belief, boundaries can be broken and dreams can be reached.
We know she’ll carry the Potch Girls High spirit with pride, passion, and purpose as she steps onto that national pitch.
