Local artists will soon have the opportunity to learn, grow, and connect at the Artist Empowerment Workshop, scheduled for 22 October 2025 at the Potchefstroom Town Hall. The event will run from 09:00 to 16:00 and aims to equip creatives with the knowledge and tools they need to thrive in the music and arts industries.

A Platform for Growth and Collaboration
Organized by Gud Vibes Holdings in partnership with Dollars Over Dreams, the workshop is designed to empower artists by providing guidance on business development, rights management, and industry opportunities. The initiative seeks to bridge the gap between creativity and sustainability, helping artists turn their passion into viable careers.

The event is supported by key organizations in the South African music and arts ecosystem, including SAMPRA, RISA, SAMRO, ABSA, JB Marks Local Municipality, Blue Ribbon, and the Parliament of the Republic of South Africa. Also involved are the Department of Arts, Culture, Sport and Recreation and Puk FM 93.6, emphasizing the collective effort to strengthen the creative sector.
