Excitement is reaching fever pitch at Potchefstroom Central School (PCS) following the announcement that one of their standout stars, Atlegang Nthite, has officially qualified for the South African Athletics Championships.

Atlegang will soon be traveling to the Western Cape to test his mettle against the fastest school athletes in the country.
A Test of Endurance in the 1200m
Atlegang qualified in the demanding 1200m event. This middle-distance discipline requires a fine balance of explosive speed and tactical endurance. His place in the provincial squad is a direct result of months of hard work, early morning training sessions, and an unyielding passion for running.
The Big Stage Awaits
At the national championships, Atlegang will have the opportunity to compete against the "best of the best" from every province. For any young athlete, this is the pinnacle of the season and a chance to be noticed on a national platform.
Pride of the Centralites
The Potch Central school community has rallied behind Atlegang, celebrating his achievement as a true testament to dedication and sportsmanship. "We are excited to see what he can achieve on this big stage and will be cheering him on every step of the way," the school shared in a message of support.
