In a strong display of grassroots political education and mobilization, the African National Congress (ANC) in Ward 20 is calling upon all new and existing members to participate in a foundational training course. The initiative reflects the ANC’s commitment to building informed and ideologically grounded cadres capable of contributing to the party’s broader mission and community development.

Revolutionary Invitation to Political Training
Under the rallying cry "Maloko otlhe a mokgatlo wa ANC mo Ward 20 lo lelediwa go tsena le BGM ye rulagantsweng jaana" (All members of the ANC in Ward 20 are invited to attend this organized BGM), the local leadership has issued an open invitation to members to attend a Foundational Course. The course aims to equip members with essential knowledge about the movement, its guiding principles, and current political objectives.
Training Schedule and Venue
The training is set to be hosted at Gopolang Creche, a well-known local venue for community engagement. The two-day schedule is as follows:
Saturday (Sateretaga), 12 July 2025
Sunday (Sontaga), 13 July 2025
Both sessions will begin promptly at 12:00 PM (12 o’clock).
Call to Action for Participants
Members are reminded to bring valid identification documents (ID) when attending the course. This ensures proper registration and participation tracking. The organizers emphasize punctuality and full attendance for both days to gain the full benefit of the program.
Coordinated by Passionate Leadership
The training is coordinated by Cde Matake Matake, whose signature on the notice symbolizes a personal commitment to empowering ANC members with knowledge and fostering unity within the movement. As the BTT Coordinator, Matake plays a pivotal role in the political education of grassroots members.
This training is not merely administrative; it forms part of a larger ANC vision to create politically conscious and active communities. Through these sessions, members are expected to engage with ANC values, policies, and strategies that will enable them to serve their wards more effectively and with deeper ideological understanding
