Residents of JB Marks Local Municipality are invited to participate in a new round of public engagement meetings for the 2025/2026 Integrated Development Plan (IDP) and Budget Review. These meetings offer community members the opportunity to share concerns, highlight local needs, and contribute directly to municipal planning for the year ahead.

The sessions will be held across various wards in line with public participation requirements outlined in the Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act 56 of 2003) and the Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000).

Die JB Marks Plaaslike Munisipaliteit nooi alle inwoners uit om deel te neem aan die komende openbare deelnamevergaderings oor die Geïntegreerde Ontwikkelingsplan (IDP) en Hersiening van die Begroting vir 2025/2026.

Hierdie sessies gee gemeenskapslede die geleentheid om kwessies aan te spreek, behoeftes te identifiseer, en ’n bydrae te lewer tot die beplanning en ontwikkeling van hul wyk. Die proses vind plaas in ooreenstemming met die Wet op Munisipale Finansiële Bestuur, 2003 (Wet 56 van 2003) en die Wet op Munisipale Stelsels, 2000 (Wet 32 van 2000).
