Ink - Drinks and a Bit of Pain – MJ’s Ink Tattoo Fest Returns - 31 May

MJ’s Ink is back with its third annual Tattoo Fest, promising ink, cocktails, beers, and just enough needle action to make you question your life choices – in the best way. Taking place at Chapter 2, this one-day event is set to run from 12:00 midday till midnight. That’s twelve hours of tattoos and tunes.

The Where and the When

Mark the date: 31 May 2025. The venue? Chapter 2, located at 1 Durr Street, Potchindustria, Potchefstroom. It’s a solid spot with good vibes and better food – and we hear the drinks flow nicely, which is just as well given the whole needle situation.

Only 100 Tickets – So Don’t Muck About

Only 100 tickets are being released, which means if you’re keen, you’d better act fast. At R550 per person, each ticket includes a 5cm flash tattoo (because we all make better decisions with a tiny bit of pressure), along with two cocktails or two beers to help smooth things over.

What You Need to Know

Bring your ticket on the day and hand it in to your chosen tattoo artist from the MJ’s Ink team. It’s a first-come, first-served setup, so if you’ve got your eye on a particular design (or artist), best arrive early and make your intentions known.
