It was a day of exceptional rugby and cross-border brotherhood as Potchefstroom High School for Boys hosted teams from Livingstone Kolobeng College, all the way from Botswana, on their home turf. The encounter was more than just a test of physicality; it was a celebration of the sporting spirit that unites neighboring nations through the game of rugby.

Clinical Performances on the Field
The host teams signaled their intent from the opening whistle, delivering clinical performances across all age groups. The junior sides were particularly ruthless, stifling their opponents' attacks while showing immense flair on offense. The U14 team set a high bar with a massive 62–0 victory, followed closely by the U16s, who secured their match with an impressive 40–0 scoreline.
The 1st Team encounter proved to be a more contested battle, with the visitors from Botswana showing great resilience and heart. However, the Boys High first XV maintained their composure and tactical discipline, eventually securing a 33–17 win to complete a clean sweep for the day.
Momentum Towards the Classic Clash
These resounding victories come at a critical juncture in the season. School management noted that these results are a direct testament to the grueling hard work put in by both players and coaches.
