This past Sunday, 31 August 2025, the BLK Lounge was absolutely lit as the highly anticipated Corona Spring Fest went down. With free entrance and a heavyweight line-up, the event pulled a packed crowd that turned Ikageng into the ultimate party zone.

The Music – Pure Fire
The night belonged to the Amapiano kings Kabza De Small and Busta 929 who dropped back-to-back hits that had the entire crowd singing at the top of their lungs. Adding more flavor, Tebogo G Mashego brought the house down with a set that proved why he is one of the most talked-about names right now.

The supporting acts included Kaytee, Long T, Beat Soul, Café de Flore, Lehipi Jo, Soul Divine, DJ Zodi, Homer, Deepa La Musica, D-Jaroz and Extra Love on the mic who kept the dance floor vibing non-stop. No breaks, no dull moments, just pure energy from start to finish.
The Crowd – A Sea of Energy
From the moment the gates opened, it was clear this was going to be one for the books. Partygoers came through in numbers, cooler boxes in hand, ready to vibe. The “Buy 6 Corona, get 1 free Corona Cero” special was a hit, and the dance circles, sing-alongs, and non-stop movement showed just how much the crowd was feeling it.

Every corner of the venue was alive with friends laughing, phones out capturing memories, and the bass thumping so hard you could feel it in your chest.
The Verdict – A Spring to Remember
The Corona Spring Fest was not just an event, it was an experience. From the jam-packed crowd to the world-class music, BLK Lounge once again proved why it is the heartbeat of nightlife in Potchefstroom.
If this is how spring started, then the rest of the season is guaranteed to be unforgettable.
