The Phelophepa Health Train arrived at Klerksdorp Railway Station yesterday and will begin walk‑in services today. All clinics onboard will operate on a first‑come, first‑served basis starting at 07:30.

Earlier this month, the train’s debut here was postponed due to technical difficulties, broken parts needed replacement. According to the municipal spokesperson, those repairs are now complete, and a new start date for clinics has been confirmed: services begin tomorrow.

Local councillors and NGOs continue to spread the word, ensuring that everyone, from pensioners to school learners, can benefit from this mobile healthcare initiative.
