Season Concludes with Semi-Final Against Northam Wolves
Potchefstroom Dorp Rugbyklub’s Second Team concluded their 2025 league season on 16 August with a semi-final showdown against Northam Wolves in Hekpoort. Despite a tough 55–7 loss , the team showed resolve and determination throughout the encounter.
The semi-final marked the end of a competitive campaign and brought closure to a long season filled with growth and perseverance. The Wolves proved too strong on the day, but the Dorp side can walk away with their heads held high.

📊 Fourth Place Overall in the Neser League
Reaching the semi-finals meant the 2nd's secured a 4th place overall finish in the Neser League - a significant achievement for the club. This final ranking places them among the league’s top-performing teams, a clear reflection of the effort put in across all levels of the squad.
Throughout the season, the team demonstrated steady improvement, fighting through difficult fixtures and building momentum. Though the final result wasn’t in their favour, their overall standing cements their presence as a competitive force in the local rugby scene.

All boys in and around the area are invited to join the Dorp Junior Rugby Club, with age groups for U/13, U/15, and U/17. Training takes place on Fridays at 17:00.
