Potch, Let's Help: Amelia Aftercare Centre Needs Urgent Support

Amelia Aftercare Centre in Potchefstroom, which provides essential care to 119 adults with intellectual disabilities, is facing a severe funding crisis. Due to a sudden 60% cut in funding, the centre can no longer meet its monthly needs for food, hygiene products, staff salaries, and safety measures. This centre is more than just a care facility, it's home to its residents. Without intervention, they may soon have nowhere else to go.

The Impact of Giving
To remain open and operational, Amelia Aftercare Centre must raise R180,000 per month. Every contribution counts, and no donation is too small to make a meaningful difference. Here's how your support helps:
🍲 R300 provides a week’s worth of food for one resident
🛏️ R6,000 covers a month of care for an orphan
🏠 R10,000 enables full support and improvements to the facility
