Potchefstroom Dance Platforms Call for Support: The Road to G.O.D Battle Gathering

The local street dance scene is reaching out to the community for support after receiving a prestigious invitation to the first-ever Annual Battle Gathering, hosted by the G.O.D Battle League.
Having represented Potchefstroom with distinction at the "Last Dance" event in Orlando back in December 2025, local dance platforms are now looking to secure their spot in this year’s championship. However, the road to the "Battle Masters" title requires more than just talent—it requires community backing.
Why Support is Needed
The invitation comes with specific financial requirements to ensure the platforms can compete at the highest level. The teams are currently seeking donations to cover:
Registration Fees: Each platform is required to pay a R1000 fee for full registration.
Logistics: Travel and accommodation costs for the "one-day event" (date to be announced).
Preparation: Gear, training space, and refreshments for the dancers representing the city.
