The Saints Christian School Potchefstroom girls’ cricket team has done it again! In a commanding display of skill and teamwork, the Saints claimed a 10-wicket victory over Potch Gimmies in the Noordvaal North West Final, bowling their opponents out for just 59 runs in 18.4 overs.
🔥 Total Control from Start to Finish
From the first over, the Saints bowlers set the tone with relentless accuracy and pressure. The standout performer of the day was Reabetswe Dithipe, who was simply unstoppable. Her fiery spell of 3/7 tore through the Gimmies’ batting line-up, while her composed knock of 22 not out* completed a superb Player of the Match performance.
Backing her up with both bat and ball was Tshegofatso Monyela, who took 2/19 before racing to 26 not out* in the chase. Together, the pair guided the Saints home in emphatic fashion - reaching the target with an incredible 15.3 overs to spare.

For Potch Gimmies, Deidre van Rensburg fought valiantly, scoring 45 runs, a remarkable effort that kept her team from a much lower total. Her determination stood out in an otherwise tough innings against a Saints bowling unit that gave nothing away.
