• If the alarm was triggered you will receive a verification phone call from the company to make sure that you did not triggered the alarm by mistake.

• Security officer will be dispatched, to your home, if you do not answer your phone.

• The alarm system can be useful to chase away intruders before they break in to your home.

Unmonitored security systems:

• This security system can be installed by yourself or a security company.

• Usually this system includes motion sensors, a control panel, glass-break sensors, alarm, door and window sensors. Some of these systems can be connected to your smart phone.

• The alarm system is triggered by the sensors.

• The unmonitored security systems is not as sophisticated as the monitored security system, but it provide a good level of security, and is more cost-effective.

Wireless security alarm systems:

• This is a wireless alarm system that usually includes detectors, sensors, cameras, alarms and a main control panel.

• The detection of an intruder is the first step of this alarm system.

• The own owner is notified of a possible intruder in the second step.

• The system then alerts the security company that are monitoring the system.

• This system is easy to install and to move around.

• It is easy to do upgrades to the system.

• Hard for intruders to disconnect the system.

Wired home security system:

• All the components of this security system like the control panel, motion detectors and keypad are connected to a security company by a low-voltage wiring alarm system.

• This security system is the most reliable system.

• Easy maintenance.

• Perfect for bigger homes as more sensors can be installed.

• It is hard to hack this security system.
