The Triest Annual Christmas Market returns to Klerksdorp this year, promising festive charm and good company.
Event Details
The market runs on 28 November 2025 from 12:00 to 21:00, and again on 29 November 2025 from 09:00 to 13:00. It takes place at 22 Elm Street, Flamwood, Klerksdorp.
What to Expect
Visitors can browse art and craft stalls, handmade gifts, and Christmas decorations, all the things that make you think, I should’ve started shopping earlier this year. There’ll be cookies and rusks for those who can’t walk past a baked good without stopping, as well as delicious food to keep everyone’s spirits high.
And, for the first time, there’s a Wine and Beer Garden, which should help make those last-minute gift decisions a little easier to live with.
About Triest Training Centre
Behind all the tinsel and tasty treats is the Triest Training Centre (TTC), a facility dedicated to supporting people with intellectual disabilities. TTC’s mission is simple but powerful: to develop, motivate, educate, support, and advocate for individuals and their families in an environment that’s secure, loving, and inclusive.
They aim to help every person reach their full potential, and if that’s not the spirit of Christmas, what is?
Community Spirit
The market is more than a festive weekend out; it’s an opportunity for the community to show up for a good cause while soaking up the holiday mood. Whether you’re there for the crafts, the snacks, or the beer garden (no judgement), it’s a small but meaningful way to support a local initiative doing real good.
So, grab your Santa hat, check your list twice, and head over to the Triest Christmas Market this November. Even if you don’t find the perfect present, you’ll definitely find a good reason to feel merry.
