Ward 19 Learners License Program: Appointment Phase

The JB Marks Local Municipality is calling on young residents of Ward 19 to take part in the Learners License Program. This initiative is part of the municipality’s ongoing efforts to empower youth by equipping them with critical skills for road safety and mobility.
The program is currently in its appointment phase and will officially take place on Friday, 01 August 2025, at 16:00. The venue for the event is Lusaka Community Hall, where eligible participants will begin their journey toward obtaining a learner’s license.

Eligibility and Requirements
The program targets youth aged 18 to 35 who are ready to take the first step toward legal and safe driving. Participants are required to bring the following:
South African ID document
Two ID photos
Eye test results
These items are necessary to complete the appointment phase and ensure that all participants are ready for the next steps in the licensing process.
