Na ‘n sterk begin tot die week, het die manne vanoggend weer langs die see gaan draf en saam ‘n bemoedigende woord gedeel met die tweede span wat voorberei het vir hul wedstryd teen Hilton College. Hulle het karakter gewys en met volgehoue veggees gespeel. Ten spyte van hul harde werk, moes die span uiteindelik die knie buig met ‘n telling van 38–22 in Hilton se guns. Hoewel die uitslag nie in hul guns was nie, was dit ‘n waardevolle leerervaring wat die span sal help bou aan hul seisoen.
