Has knowledge of products and pricing. Able to resolve the issue on site or replace the necessary equipment. Confirm with client that repair has been completed and that the client tested. Ensure that the client is satisfied with the work that has been done. Follow quality control with your team leader for confirmation when the repair has been completed.
