JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Tutor to provide academic support to learners from grade 1 – 12. The Tutor will be responsible for helping learners to improve their understanding of the school work, guiding them through assignments and homework as well as assisting with school projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide Individualized Instruction
Assist with Homework & Assignments
Monitor Learner Progress
Explain Complex Concepts
Encourage Learner Motivation
Provide Regular Updates
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Degree/Diploma in Education or similar qualifications.
Experience: Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of school subjects. Ability to break down difficult topics for learners of various learning levels.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience and ability to adapt teaching style to individual learners’ needs.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to create a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.
