Residents of Khutsong South in Carletonville  are grappling with shock and outrage following the deliberate vandalism of more than 40 tombstones  at the Khutsong Cemetery (Extension 4)  over the weekend. The incident, which occurred during the night of Saturday, 1 November 2025 , has deeply affected families and reignited calls for improved security at local cemeteries.
