Potchefstroom Gears Up for CSA’s Annual Showdown
CSA is back at it again, announcing the return of its high-octane combo platter, the 3rd Annual Royal Rumble Spin and Music Event, scheduled to shake up the CSA Showgrounds in Potchefstroom on 30 August 2025. If you’re into spinning tyres, loud engines, and louder music, then this is your kind of day out.
Where Spinning Meets Sound
It’s not just revving engines and screaming tyres. This event brings together car culture and music culture in a single, burnt-rubber-scented package. From what we can see, CSA isn’t pulling any punches this year. The lineup is stacked with spinners and entertainers who clearly don’t know what “chilled” means.

Mano

Porra
Chadas
Veejaro
Sparky

Reese

Siku Na Siku
Expect smoke, stunts, and maybe a near miss or ten, standard procedure.
More Than Just Tyres and Tunes
While the cars will be out doing donuts that would make a bakery jealous, the music side of the event is just as hyped. DJs and performers will keep the vibe alive between spin sessions, though the full music lineup is still under wraps. Organisers promise it’s “coming soon”, which usually means they're still arguing over who gets the headline slot.
Tickets are already up for grabs and are expected to fly. At R100 a pop, it’s a reasonable price for rubber-scorching action and some good local vibes. Just don’t show up late unless you want to miss half the mayhem.
CSA’s Royal Rumble is shaping up to be another hectic mix of speed, sound, and the smell of burning rubber. Let’s just hope the weather plays along.
