Aganang FM, the heartbeat of the greater Potchefstroom community, has officially issued an invitation for local residents and organizations to apply for membership. As a licensed non-profit community radio station, the broadcaster is looking to strengthen its ties with the people it serves.
The station, which operates under the motto "Mmogo Rea Tswelela – Together We Prosper," is calling on those who share its vision for local development and community broadcasting to join its formal membership structure.

Membership Categories and Requirements
The invitation is open to two distinct groups, provided they meet specific criteria:
Individual Membership: Open to any person who resides within the station’s broadcasting area and subscribes to its core objectives. Applicants must not hold a political office.
Corporate Membership: Available to businesses, organizations, or institutions with interests similar to the station's mission. The notice specifies that political formations are excluded from applying.
How to Apply
Prospective members must pay a non-refundable application/membership fee:
Individuals: R100
Corporations: R250
Payment Details: Fees should be paid into the station’s ABSA account (Account Name: Aganang Community Radio Station, Account Number: 9190955326) using your name or organization name as a reference.
Submission Process: Application forms can be collected and returned in person at the Aganang FM offices located at 151 Ikageng Drive, Potch Industrial. Alternatively, forms can be downloaded from their website at www.aganangfm.org.za and emailed along with proof of payment to secretary@aganangfm.org.za.
