A Bit About RCFA
RCFA (Ring Contact Fighting Arts South Africa) isn’t your average punch-and-go martial arts setup. Born in 1984, along with questionable hairstyles and Walkmans, this proudly South African system fuses the grit of boxing, discipline of karate, grip of judo and wrestling, and grace of ballet (yes, really) into one functional and dynamic fighting style. It’s a long-standing attempt to craft a martial art that’s equal parts practical and performance.
If your idea of a good Saturday includes well-aimed punches, disciplined technique, and some sweaty competition, or if you just want to scream support from the sidelines with a boerie in hand, this is the event. Just remember: no weigh-in, no fight. So don’t miss the 30 May slot.
Let the fists (and feet) fly.
