If you've ever wondered what to do when someone passes out cold or when a pesky burn threatens to ruin your braai plans, PR Training and SHE Consultants have your back. They’re hosting a First Aid Level 1 Training course that’s set to leave you feeling like a medical superhero, without the cape, of course.
Key Details to Keep in Mind
This lifesaving shindig is happening on 14 June 2025 from 07:30 to 16:30 at the lively Vida e Cafe Potchefstroom, nestled at 46 Christo Meyer Street, Vanderhoffpark, Potchefstroom.
There’s a catch though: Only 10 spots are up for grabs, so if you’ve been meaning to sign up, don’t wait too long. It’s all happening for a cool R850 per person.
What’s in Store?
The course covers all the crucial basics, including:
CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) – for those moments when your mate’s heart needs a bit of encouragement.
Resuscitation – because sometimes you need to go full lifeguard mode.
Wound Care – because plasters aren’t just for kids.
Choking Relief – no Heimlich dance moves required.
Burn Treatment – so you’re ready when someone’s had a too-close encounter with the braai.
This isn’t just a random crash course; it’s the real deal with SAQA Unit Standard 119567, Dept of Labour approved, and TETA and QCTO accredited. That’s fancy talk for “you’ll be covered and ready for anything.”
