On 4 June 2025, Potchefstroom will be the place to be for art lovers and budding Picassos. Moon & Bloom Art Studio is hosting their popular Sip and Paint event, and it promises to be an evening of relaxed creativity and social fun.

Choose Your Own Adventure… or Theme

The event offers two theme options for participants. If you’re feeling adventurous or fancy painting something close to your heart, you can choose your own theme. But there’s a catch, if you’re opting for something complicated, be prepared to commit to a full month’s worth of sessions (that’s three in total). Simpler themes that can be completed in one go are perfect for those looking for a single evening’s splash of colour.

For the less indecisive, there’s a ready-made option: a floral heart design that’ll bring a gentle burst of nature to your canvas.

All the Tools, None of the Fuss

Worried about bringing your own paints and brushes? Don’t be. All the art supplies you’ll need are included. You can just pitch up and get stuck in, no need to rummage through the garage for that old paint set.

Money Matters

Prices are R150 per person per session or R450 per person for the full month (for the over-achievers who like to tackle those more detailed themes). It’s a small price for a chance to unleash your inner Monet.
