Mother's Day plans at Chillmax

Chillmax Restaurant has finalised its arrangements for Mother’s Day, with a set lunch planned for Sunday, 10 May 2026. The restaurant will be hosting guests between 11:00 and 15:00, with a menu focused on a traditional roast lunch.

The Menu

The meal begins with a choice of soup, either butternut or biltong. For the main course, the kitchen is preparing a roast spread featuring both pork and chicken. This will be served alongside savoury rice, roast potatoes, and a selection of vegetables including boere beans, sweet carrots, and gem squash prepared with sweet corn and cheese.

To round off the meal, milk tart will be served as the dessert. The restaurant is also offering 500ml boxes of red wine for those who wish to include it with their meal.

Booking Details

The cost for the lunch is set at R150 per person. Children under the age of 12 qualify for half-price rates. As is standard for the venue on public holidays and special occasions, bookings are essential. Management has requested that all reservations be confirmed by 6 May to assist with catering preparations.
