Paint Night: Pen & Coffee at Snowflake – A Midweek Creative Break - 28 May

On Wednesday 28 May, something different is brewing in Potchefstroom, and it’s not just the coffee. Hosted by Moon & Bloom Art Studio at the iconic Snowflake venue, “Paint Night: Pen & Coffee” offers a midweek reset that swaps stress for sketch pads and caffeine.

A Class That Doesn’t Feel Like a Class

This beginner-friendly art session is geared towards anyone aged 13 and up, no experience needed, no pressure, and definitely no need to colour inside the lines. Attendees can expect a relaxed 90-minute session from 18:00 to 19:30, where they’ll get to explore two art themes in one sitting. All for just R150 per person.

The venue, 2 Kock Street in Potch central, sets the tone for a laid-back evening of pens, ink, and coffee rings that are actually encouraged. It’s a chance to try something new, scribble outside the lines, and maybe even discover a hidden talent or two.

What’s in the Box?

The R150 ticket includes:

• One A4 sketch paper (or “PP” as per the flyer, either way, enough space to doodle)

• Access to art supplies, so you don’t need to bring your own gear

So, all that’s left is to show up and scribble.
